On June 22, 2021 at 9:41 P.M. the Chambersburg Police were dispatched to the parking lot of Arby’s located at 1099 Wayne Ave for the driver of a vehicle “nodding off” while waiting in the drive-thru line. The driver was identified as Jessie Bradford Hall. The investigation revealed Jessie was driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance. He was arrested and transported to Franklin County Jail.
