Kenzie Elizabeth is a Texas-loving influencer and podcaster who’s also a speedy reader, hot Pilates aficionado and trend forecaster. Her YouTube audience of 367,000 has her hustling and bustling — securing brand deals, strategizing content for her subscribers and always on the hunt for unique splurges and budget dupes.
“My brand is primarily lifestyle and wellness-focused and pretty much a reflection of my own life,” Elizabeth told The Post. “I’ll share whatever I’m interested in at the time and I want my viewers to feel like they’re hanging out with a friend when they’re watching my videos, just like a FaceTime call.”
Aside from YouTube, Elizabeth hosts the “I Love You So Much” podcast where she has interviewed guests including MLB Legend Darryl Strawberry, It Cosmetics Founder Jamie Kern Lima and Gwenyth Paltrow’s Health Advisor Dr. Will Cole.
“I have a ton of conversations ranging from CEOs to authors,” she said. “I have people from all walks of life to share their perspectives, advice, and thoughts.”
So, Elizabeth’s creative job isn’t the typical 9-to-5 her adored country icon Dolly Parton sings about. She’s go-go-go all the time, always onto the next engaging venture.
Below, find some of her favorite lifestyle items to add to your online shopping list. Whether you’re looking for staple style pieces or wellness items made popular by TikTok, it’s worth browsing through.

She also loves wearing dresses and mixing girly with country, with gold hoop earrings and hair slicked back into a bun to complete the look.
“The Tower 28 lip gloss is really hydrating,” she said. “Plus, the color is really pretty — it pops.”
“I will just wear the Supergoop! sunscreen all day and that’s it,” she said. “I only wear makeup when I’m going out at night and this product makes me feel confident in my skin.”
“I love my Air Force 1’s for wearing with dresses or jeans,” she said. “They’re super comfortable and give you a little boost.”
“I like more casual, flowy dresses in the summer because it’s so hot in Texas,” Elizabeth said. “I love colors though, and that’s what I’ve been looking for when shopping lately.”
