Sir Ringo Starr urged fans to “spread peace and love” to celebrate his 81st birthday.
The Beatles legend, celebrating the special day of July 7, continues to invite everyone to participate in his annual “Peace and Love” initiative, which he launched in 2008.
In a video message posted this week, Ringo said: “Wherever I am, at noon 7-7-21, I invite everyone who wants to participate in my birthday peace and love celebration.
“You can post, say, and think, but it’s really cool to go to” Peace and Love “at noon on your birthday. So let’s spread peace and love on my birthday. Everyone! “
Usually, the “little help from my friends” star meets fans all over the world, wherever he happens to be on his birthday.
In 2020, he was unable to hold a typical face-to-face event. Ringo hosted the “Apple Big Birthday Show” and switched to an online celebration.
It featured invisible concerts, including special performances by drummers, Sir Paul McCartney, Joe Walsh, Dave Grohl, Ben Harper, Sheryl Crow, Sheila E and others.
Meanwhile, veteran rockers recently trusted his vegetarian diet, which helped keep his youthful appearance.
He states: I just get up in the morning, and this is what you get.
“I tend to exercise and be as busy as possible. I’m a vegetarian. I eat lots of berries, lots of fruits, lots of vegetables and salads.”
And despite the trial-and-error method of getting plenty of cosmetological sleep to stay young, Ringo admitted that he really hates going to bed early.
“I don’t like sleeping before midnight,” he added.
