Will Chick-fil-A be open on the Fourth of July 2021?

Stop & Shop goes tropical with latest LTO collection by Kimberley Spinney

The Fourth of July is here and that might mean barbecues and cook outs for some, but for others it might mean fast food like Chick-fil-A! And sure, we love hot dogs and hamburgers off the grill and chips and dip too, but sometimes you want a chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets or even an iced cold sweet tea.

While we might think that Chick-fil-A is the place to be when it comes to those chicken sandwiches and salads, and even that sweet tea, the problem with the Fourth of July 2021 (only if you are craving that Chick-fil-A goodness) is that it falls on a Sunday. And we all know what that means.

As any Chick-fil-A faithful can tell you, the restaurant is never open on Sundays. So knowing that Independence Day is landing on a Sunday, we already know that we won’t be able to get our hands on a Peach milkshake, a Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich, or a Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich, and forget the sweet tea and the waffle potato fries.

Chick-fil-A will not be open on the Fourth of July 2021

Obviously we can head to the closest Chick-fil-A on July 5 to get our fix, but it just won’t be the same. And yet, that’s okay, because there are other options, including grabbing a large order of nuggets the night before and heating them up on Independence Day as a little snack.

Even if you can’t get your fix, the other option is to snag a bottle of their sauces from your local Walmart or Target. And yes, we have definitely seen bottles of dipping sauce in store lately, so you should be all set. Just makes sure you go before they close for the night.

While you might not be able to get your Chick-fil-A fix on the Fourth of July, for all your other foodie and holiday news, check out the rest of our coverage on Guilty Eats.
